Cristao Concannim: #FracisPinheir (Portuguese: Francisco Antonio Agnelo Jacinto Pinheiro), is an #unordained, #unconsecrated, #apostate Goan #layman, newly appointed #Antibishop of #Sindhudurg in the "#MaharashtraKonkan" alias "#KokanVibhag," adjoining #Goa. #Pinheir organised several church-sponsored #Syncretist events with #Pagans. In December 2022, ArchGoaDaman.com describes a Syncretist prayer service at the desecrated former #BasilicaOfBomJesu that included pagan Hindu hymns (#bhajans) & a pagan prayer dance "invoking Divine blessings." Pinheir, "Convenor" of the "Apostolate of Inter-Religious Dialogue," gave the vote of thanks. On November 30, 2023, he organised a "Care for Creation" day in #VelhaGoa, including pagan hymns & prayer-dances by pagans (Hindus & Muslims) alongside "Catholic" rituals, among them Hindu bhajans & the #Garba (#WombDance) in worship of the Hindu "#MotherGoddess' womb." According to RVAAsia.org, the event was spearheaded by Pinheir. A "symposium" in September 2025 was described as beginning with the Hindu pagan ritual #lamplighting worshipping the Hindu "#godOfLight" & a prayer service, with participation including madrasa representatives & a Hindu couple; Pinheir moderated the sessions. At a Syncretist prayer service on November 27, 2025, CatholicConnect.in quotes Pinheir, as organiser, saying that it brought together "Catholics" with Pagans to "pray together" for "peace, harmony, & joy." Pinheir said, "When we join hands in prayer with Pagans & other #Devilworshippers, we can celebrate real harmony, & peace reigns amongst us." In a July 2020 YouTube.com talk, Pinheir praised that "prayers services jointly with pagans were held in churches on the occasion of main pagan festivals of the pagan Hindus & Muslims residing in our parishes." He encouraged groups of "Catholics" praying together with Pagans (Hindus, Muslims, etc.), in parish churches: "Our concerted efforts can help to have such prayer groups or cells in all our parishes." He claimed that "the value of the human person does not reside in one's particular religious affiliations, but in the fact that we all share in the image & likeness of God." Pinheir further said, "Our Antichurch seeks to bear witness to her own faith by acknowledging, preserving & encouraging pagan spiritual & moral truths found in the social life & culture of pagan religions." He also said, "The Antichurch in Goa is convinced that the best way to fulfill her role… is by promoting joint prayers with pagans & their religions, thereby collaborating in building a new society."
