Soon after the Notorious Apostate Jorge Borgoglu became Antipope "Francis" (Prankish II), he appointed known abusers as "bishops." I speak of the Juan Barros Madrid Scandal, a subset of the Fernando Karadima Scandal. When the public opposed Barros Madrid's appointment as Antibishop of Osorno, Borgoglu whined against this opposition, but backtracked when the opposition became a Mass Movement.
Catholic Law (eg 1917 Code) strictly required pederast, sodomites etc be compulsorily expelled from the priesthood etc. The "Vatican2" sect deliberately removed those provisions, since October 1958 & including Prankish. So: What new "laws" will Prankish II impose? Return to Catholic Law on the subject? Everyone knows that he's bullshitting, lying! He, and every of these Apostates & Heresiarchs masquerading as Catholic Antipopes, have always promised big, and delivered absolutely nothing!
He promised "Zero tolerance."
Didn't Maledictus Ratfinger also piteously promise "Zero tolerance"? Didn't the Eternally Damned Karol "Lying Pole" Wojtyla too piously promise "Zero tolerance"?
What stops these clowns from actually imposing "Zero tolerance"?
They are very certainly not impotent to show their pretended "power," but they will only do so against the more Catholic-minded of their dupes!

The Catholic Church never had a significant Fornications and Sodomy problem. Not even during the so-called "Pornocracy," as the "Counts of Tusculum" were Trojans, of the Byzantine Schismatics and Heretics against the Catholic Church, alien parasites deliberately sent by the Hesychast pagans ruling Constantinople.
When the Roman Empire was threatened by being overwhelmed by the barbarians from the north and the east, the Byzantines bribed them to concentrate on Rome and the West.
When the West was overrun by the barbarians, and Roman civilization remained only in the monasteries and hermitages, did these monks and hermits re-civilize the West by a recourse to austerities and abnegations, or did they do it by indulging in Clerical Pederasties, Sodomites, Fornications?
Did the Restorers of Latin Civilization restore it by a recourse to austerities and abnegations, or did they do it by indulging in Clerical Pederasties, Sodomites, Fornications?
Hardly had the noise over the Karadima Scandal begin to die down than the Theodore McCarrick Scandal blew up.
As always, Borgoglu has sedulously refused to take responsibility for the McCarrick Affair, has refused to answer and address Carlo Vigano's allegations.
Infinitely worse than the Karadima & McCarrick Scandals are Borgoglu's Pachamama and Abu Dhabi Scandals.
Borgoglu has chosen to brazen out the Pachamama Scandal.
With the Abu Dhabi Scandal, Borgoglu and Athanasius Schneider have conspired to bullshit the opposition, in the form of the spurious "Schneider Compromise," which is a blatant lie, and which achieves absolutely nothing!

THE "WHY" OF "CLERICAL PEDOPHILIA"
This Sect has deliberately, very, very deliberately, chosen to reject everything Catholic, including sexual abstinence, celibacy, deliberately chosen to inculcate, to treasure, to cherish, to love, to esteem, and to exuberantly do so, sexual promiscuity, fornications, adulteries, pedophilia etc.
WILLING DUPES OF THE OPERATION OF ERRORS

Often, the same thing happened with the Israelites: they choose to be stubborn in their sins, and God responded by sanctioning the hardening of their hearts, unto their destruction and fall.
I know that we are in the Great Modernist Apostasy. I do not know if this is the Last Great Apostasy that the Bible speaks of, I do not know because prophecies have not been fulfilled that must be fulfilled before the Last Great Apostasy, prophecies of the Three Days of Darkness, of the Great Monarch and of the Angelic Pope, both working together for the Great Restoration. These prophecies must and will be fulfilled before the Last Great Apostasy. Therefore, we are not yet at the Last Great Apostasy. It is probable that we might be in the time immediately before the Great Chastisement, the Three Days of Darkness. I pray it comes soon.
By and large, the "victims" of this Sect are not true victims, but are Willing Dupes, having willingly chosen to be subject to the Operation of Errors, choosing Error over the Truth. The children that have been preyed upon by this sect have largely been willingly offered by their parents as sacrifices to Moloch and Baal, to Beelzebub and Baal Phogor, to the "Progressive Cause," to the Sodomite or "LGBTQ+ Cause." Their parents do not rue that their children have been preyed upon but they rue that their children have not been preyed upon the more.
